How to Submit:
Collegian, Washington College’s undergraduate literary and arts journal, is now accepting submissions for issue 36.2.
We are looking for submissions of both poetry (7 poems maximum) and prose (20 pages maximum). Any and all genres and forms are welcome — highly experimental or rigidly formal, fiction or nonfiction, and anything else your brilliant minds can come up with. We are interested in writing that surprises us and moves us with vivid images, compelling narratives, and distinctive points of view.
We are also looking for submissions of art (7 pieces maximum), whether photography or images of traditional media, and multimedia/cross-genre forms.
All writing must be submitted as a Word document, and all visual art must be submitted as a JPG. If you are submitting multiple pieces, please submit each piece in its own document.
Submissions should be sent to collegian_editor@washcoll.edu with the subject line “36.1 Submission.” Any and all questions about submissions, publications, or Collegian in general can be directed to the Editor in Chief, Lucy Verlaque, at lverlaque2@washcoll.edu. We can’t wait to read through all of your incredible work!
